A taste of Spain at home
Ring in 2021 with a tapas feast inspired by micro bar & bites and created and curated by the team at The Okanagan Table. Take home over 20 of the favourite tapas dishes you enjoy at micro including the holiday hit ‘Potato Chip Frittata’ created by Chef Rod Butters and of course no salute to micro is complete without their popcorn drizzled with warm duck fat with fresh rosemary and sea salt.
Each tapas platter is designed for 4-6 people and can be ordered online and picked up from The Okanagan Table on New Year’s eve.
New Year’s Eve dinner at home this year?
Chef Butters has created two incredible menus to enjoy at home this New Year’s eve. Each dinner begins with canapés and then features three courses including dessert. You can enjoy a Slow Braised Black Angus Shortrib with Mission Hill Cabernet Sauvignon & mushroom braising liquid or a sensational seafood option of Pacific Rockfish & Prawns.
Both dinners are available in single portions or larger ones for a gathering of friends and family. Dinners are picked up at The Okanagan Table on New Year’s eve.
