A Palm Springs Vacation at-home Dinner

Chef Rod Butters and our culinary team at The Okanagan Table are dreaming of a vacation. Who isn’t dreaming of some warm sun, a lounge chair and long afternoon naps?   As we are not traveling far right now, this holiday-dreaming team have created a dinner at home package where you can ‘pretend’ you are in Palm Springs relaxing over a wonderful dinner.
The menu is inspired by the mid-century vibe of Palm Springs with a nod to dishes from the 50’s and 60’s recreated for 2021. We’ve dug through the recipe archives for this edition of our popular at-home dinner packages and are bringing back dishes that were all the rage at dinner parties in the Palm Springs vacation homes of the Hollywood stars.
